What is built?
It starts with a process analysis, followed by the automation architecture. We connect Gmail, WhatsApp, CRM and calendar, plus forms and databases. AI steps classify, draft and summarise. Monitoring and error handling make sure you notice when something does not run as it should.

How much does AI automation cost?
The entry point is an A2 Buddy from €269 setup and €30 a month. If the Buddy should also act in your systems – booking appointments, creating records, forwarding – that starts with Starter at €690 and €99 a month. Larger workflows get a quote with a fixed price per section.
Is AI automation eligible for funding?
Often more so than a website alone. In Vienna the programme “Lebendiges Grätzl” explicitly names process digitalisation and the use of AI (25 %, projects from €7,500); “Digitalisierung” funds up to 50 % from €10,000. Carinthia has “Umsetzung.KI”. The application must be filed before the project starts.
