What is the difference between Entry and Starter?

On Entry a Buddy only answers – on your website, from one knowledge source. From Starter it also acts in your systems: it books appointments, creates records and forwards requests. Entry is available only for Ori, Mo and Sage, whose work is purely answering.

Which systems do the Buddys work with?

With what you already use – for example your website and contact form, Gmail or Outlook, WhatsApp Business, calendars, CRM, accounting or your price list. What a Buddy can do in practice depends on your tools and data; we clarify that before the quote.

Can I try a Buddy first?

Ori, yes: on Ori-Live you enter your web address and see Ori in your colours, with five questions from your home page – free of charge. After that you can test Ori for 7 days for free on your real website.

What happens when a Buddy does not know something?

It says so openly instead of guessing, and hands over to a person. A Buddy answers from your own content, not from the internet.
