What is an AI assistant for businesses?
An A2 Buddy is an AI assistant with exactly one job, built on your systems and content – for example Ori for questions on your website, Slot for appointments or Ledger for invoices. It answers from your business’s own content, not from the internet. There are 15 roles.

How much does an AI assistant cost?
An A2 Buddy costs, net: Entry €269 setup and €30 a month for 150 conversations, Starter €690 and €99, Business €1,490 and €199, Pro €2,990 and €349 a month. Minimum term 12 months, then cancellable monthly; paying yearly saves 12 %.
- Conversations per month: Entry 150, Starter 500, Business 2,000, Pro 6,000. Extra conversations €0.15 / 0.12 / 0.09 / 0.07.
- WhatsApp fees from Meta at cost.
- Entry exists only for Ori, Mo and Sage, whose work is purely answering.
Which systems does a Buddy work with?
With what you already use – for example your website and contact form, Gmail or Outlook, WhatsApp Business, calendar, CRM, accounting or your price list. What a Buddy can do in practice depends on your tools and data. We clarify this before the quote, so nothing is promised that will not work.
On Entry a Buddy only answers – on your website, from one knowledge source. From Starter on it also acts in your systems: it books appointments, creates records and forwards.
What happens when a Buddy does not know something?
It says so openly instead of guessing and hands over to a person. A Buddy answers from your own content, not from the internet. Echo, the Buddy for reviews, never replies without your approval. That keeps every answer traceable and your business stays in control.
Can I test an AI assistant first?
Ori, yes. On Ori-Live you enter your web address and see Ori in your colours, with up to five questions from your home page – free of charge. Afterwards you can test Ori on your real website for 7 days free, with one line of code, and cancel during the test with one click.
