How it works

Questions

Does Cargo see my shipments in the preview?

No. The preview only works with your description. Connecting your carriers happens during setup.

Does Cargo promise delivery dates?

No. Cargo only states what is certain and offers solutions as suggestions for your approval.

What happens to my website's data?

We only read public pages (start page and up to twelve linked pages). The content stays in memory for two hours at most and is then deleted. For the answers, content and input go to Anthropic (USA), who do not use it for training.

What applies until 30 Nov 2026?
