Questions
Does Echo publish replies himself?
No. Echo writes drafts; nothing goes live without your approval.
Are my reviews stored?
Not in the preview. The text only goes to our AI provider for the reply and is gone after two hours.
What happens to my website's data?
We only read public pages (start page and up to twelve linked pages). The content stays in memory for two hours at most and is then deleted. For the answers, content and input go to Anthropic (USA), who do not use it for training.
What applies until 30 Nov 2026?
