Questions
Are the preview prices real?
Only if they are on your website. Otherwise it says “[price from your price list]” – Nova never invents amounts.
How will Nova know my prices later?
From your price list or your current quoting tool, which we connect during setup.
What happens to my website's data?
We only read public pages (start page and up to twelve linked pages). The content stays in memory for two hours at most and is then deleted. For the answers, content and input go to Anthropic (USA), who do not use it for training.
What applies until 30 Nov 2026?
