A small cobalt Buddy stands beside a plinth with a single glass book and gestures at it with open hands; behind it a glass door stands open.

An assistant that says when it does not know

At the bottom right of this website sits Ori. Ori answers questions about services, prices, process and contact — around the clock, in German and English. Ori is the first of our Buddys, and it is deliberately built to do less than it could.

One single knowledge source

Everything Ori says about A2 is in one knowledge file: services, prices, contract terms, published projects, checked answers to the most frequent questions. What is not in it Ori does not know — and says so. It invents no references, no discounts and no dates.

Can you finish my website by Friday?

I cannot promise that — dates are agreed by the studio in the offer. Briefly describe what you need via the contact page; the answer comes within one business day.

Example, paraphrased: Ori promises nothing only a human can commit to, and shows the way there.

Hand-over instead of guessing

When it gets concrete — a project, a date, a complaint — Ori leads to the contact page or the builder. Every enquiry gets a number there and lands in our ticket system, where a human answers. Ori does not negotiate and promises nothing it could not keep.

What happens to what you type

Your question goes encrypted to our server and from there to the language model. Only the messages of the current conversation are transmitted — no IP address, no name, no account. We do not store the conversations; per request only the time, language, text length and whether the answer succeeded are logged. If the service is unreachable, Ori answers from a fixed list right in the browser, and the window says so.

Why so strict?

Because an assistant that occasionally claims something wrong is not a small problem but a problem of trust. In a practice or a workshop that applies even more than here: there it is about opening hours, insurers, prices, appointments. That is why every Buddy we build for a client gets the same rule: one knowledge source the client maintains, a clear hand-over to a human, no free promises.

What it costs

Ori is available as an entry Buddy for your own website: € 269 setup and € 30 a month for 150 conversations, net. It answers — it does not act. If you want appointments entered or quotes written, you take a Buddy that is built for that. All prices →
