What is Klar Studio?
Klar Studio is the template studio of A2 Digital Works from Vienna. It designs calm, clear digital planners as well as Excel and Word templates – such as a Focus Planner for iPad, a Budget Planner, an income and expense tracker for Austria and a Wedding Planner. Everything is sold via Payhip and Gumroad as an instant download.
How do I get the files?
Right after purchase on Payhip or Gumroad the download link appears, and it also arrives by e-mail. Nothing is shipped. Open Excel templates in Excel or Google Sheets, planners in GoodNotes, Notability or any PDF app, and the Job Application Kit in Word.
Do the Excel templates work with Google Sheets?
Yes. The Budget Planner, the income & expense tracker and the Wedding Planner are Excel files and also run in Google Sheets: upload the file and choose “Open with Google Sheets”. Input fields are coloured, everything else calculates automatically – totals, charts and reports.
Does the income & expense tracker replace a tax adviser?
No. The Austrian Income & Expense Tracker 2027 helps you keep records: you enter transactions, and net amounts, VAT, the VAT return helper and the small-business threshold tracker are calculated. Tax decisions remain with your tax adviser; limits and rates reflect 2026 according to usp.gv.at.
